Goal and measurement

The goal is to test the mobility of the shoulders. The result you record is the distance between your wrists and the wall. If you can touch the wall with your wrists then input 0 (zero) into the form.

Position

Establish a higher wall sit by sticking your back to the wall and spreading your arms wide, making a straight line with your shoulders.Bend your arms at the elbow at an angle of 90°.

Procedure

up wall angel
Rotate arms upward.

down wall angel
Rotate arms downward.

Measure the distance between your wrists and the wall. Remember to stick your entire back to the wall, especially the lower part.
