The goal is to test the flexibility of the hips. The result you record is the distance between the endpoints of your heels.
Sit on the floor with your legs split apart and attempt to touch the wall with your hips.
Try to spread your legs as much as possible by getting as close to the wall as you can. Measure the distance between the endpoints of your heels.
