Preparation for physical tests

It is recommended that participants perform The Supreme Master Checkout in comfortable conditions, especially on the board. Uncomfortable conditions, e.g. too high temperature or humidity, may lower the results, which will make them unreliable.


Tests should be carried out with the assistance of a second person to check the correctness of performing test exercises and making measurements. So please find a friend or ask someone to accompany you.

Test sessions

To perform the Primary set of test exercises you might need around 2 hours divided onto two sessions. You should take 2 full days of rest before performing the test session A. You should take 1 or 2 full days of rest before performing test session B. Before beginning each test session you should provide yourself the energy with proper food and warm up fully very good.

Before starting each test session, a good warm-up should be carried out, involving all body sections. The warm-up should include: Fingers, Wrists, Elbows, Shoulders, Core, Hips, Knees, Ankles. Take special care to protect yourself from injury.

Test exercises

Before starting individual tests, warm up the muscles especially involved in a given exercise.

The rest periods before and during the physical tests are needed in order to get reliable results. Between each exercise take 5 minutes of rest.

Preparation for mental tests

You should feel calm, relaxed and not exhausted after the hard training in order to let your mind easily recall your memories and thoughts of your experience.

Completing all tests may take around 30 minutes.
